A section from the monumental public installation by Belgian artist Daniel Steenhaut in collaboration with François Geeraerd. Titled “Calligraphie Ferroviaire” (Railroad Calligraphy), it represents two sections of railways facing each other. Raising from the ground, the rails unfold in the air in undulating calligraphy until they meet and form a couple united by the hand. (Brussels, October 2016)
