Shipped from Rochester, NY, by UPS or the United States Postal Service.
To a USA address: 2–3 working days
To an international address: 6–10 working days (if priority mail); 1 to 3+ weeks (if first class mail)
Packaging
Limited single edition prints are packaged with two sturdy cardboard tubes (5 and 6 inches) for extra protection. The artwork is wrapped with glassine paper.
Unsigned prints are shipped in a 5-inch cardboard tube.
Books are wrapped with kraft paper and inserted into an easy-fold cardboard box.
Refund
Delivery Issues
A print or book will be replaced at no cost if it was damaged during shipment, not delivered, or was not the correct order. Contact me for instructions.
Other Reasons
A book cannot be returned and refunded.
A print is reviewed by me before shipment. It is guaranteed without defects and gallery-ready. But if you change your mind after reception, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
Contact me within five days from delivery.
Shipping amount is not refunded.
Print amount will be refunded, minus a manufacturing cost based on the print’s dimensions.
