Parlamentarium Kinetic Grid

A kinetic dialogue between order and motion unfolds in this composition. The rigid grid of the Willy Brandt building—its reflective windows mirroring the heavy sky—stands in stark contrast to the pulsating energy of the electronic display over the Parlamentarium’s entrance. The shifting pattern of luminous blue and orange orbs cuts dynamically across the frame, dissolving into motion blur, as if resisting the building’s strict geometry. A fleeting moment of transformation, where structure and fluidity intersect, evoking the tension between permanence and progress in the heart of European governance.
