This striking cylinder-shaped glass dome stands above the Paul-Henry Spaak building in Brussels. Designed in a postmodern architectural style, it was inaugurated in 1993. The building houses the European Parliament’s debating chamber and the offices for its president. (Brussels, Espace Léopold, European Quarter, August 2018)
