This artwork was created by manipulating digitally the photograph of a sculpture’s detail. I like how the decayed bronze surface gives the image that weathered and archaic look and how the curved shapes carry us into the artwork to what may be a point in times past. The rough texture and metallic color/feel can make a great statement in a grunge or industrial decor. (June 2014).
