Another artwork based on a series of photographs I took from tree rings. Here, the mirroring and layering in Photoshop created the dark shape of what is for me the shadow of an alien warrior. To express this better, I defined the shape further with some retouching and enhanced the image’s contrast and color saturation for a fantastic art feel and for the mood to be more aggressive and mysterious.
