Neolithic Glory

When I photographed this monumental sculpture I thought that it could represent a modern, abstract version of a sacred architectural monument from the Neolithic period. I then manipulated the image to add a feel of glorious wonder and majesty that we can experience when standing by such structures. Sculpture: “Unity” by Juan Carlos Caballero-Perez and Leonard Urso, in brushed stainless steel, installed at the Rochester Institute of Technology. (Rochester, NY, January 2021)
