Shining Through Circles

Walking through the alleys of a pedestrian village, I noticed these two circular openings in walls. The dramatic mood created by the shining light and deep shadows was already enough for me to take a photograph. But as I was framing the picture I noticed how the circles, brick patterns, and parallel walls combined to create an intriguing geometric abstract composition.
