Walking on Penn Avenue, downtown Pittsburgh, I came across that bright row of gold linden trees clashing against the bright blue wall from the Theater Square building. I then noticed the building’s gold columns blending with the trees—I had to compose a picture.
The motion blur effect was added to simplify the image so that the colors and vertical lines in the composition have a stronger impact. (Capture: Pittsburgh, Agnes R. Katz Plaza, November 2013. Artwork: 2018)
